Who is Tectona and how long have they been in business?
Tectona is a local family development company that has been developing multi-family projects and single residences since 2012.
Who can invest?
Investments are made on a project-by-project scenario. We are currently open to small and large investors; however, you must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Is there a minimum investment?
Due to the structure of the investment and the legal work required, the minimum investable amount is currently $100,000 CAD.
How long does each project take or to see a return on my investment?
Each project varies; however, the average lead time from start to finish is 2–3 years.
What is the expected rate of return?
The rate of return varies depending on the project and style of investment you choose. Please inquire for further discussion.
